Unfortunately all VoIP services USphoneCall.com or services from any other provider require a broadband or other high speed internet connection such as DSL or Cable. To make and receive phone calls of good quality these connections are necessary. (Avoid companies that tell you that you can use other connections to access VoIP services you will be very disappointed with the audio quality.
